This registration form is to collect the appropriate information we need to ensure a smooth interview and proper promotion of your appearance — on the air, on our website and in our TechNewsLetter and social media. Since you are invited to join us ON CAMERA in a ZOOM Interview, PLEASE review and follow this important information:

*URGENT* — In order for us to HEAR and SEE you properly . . .

• The Guest is the ONLY one permitted on the Zoom Event!!! No PR reps or assistants!
• Due to resolution and aspect ratio differences, we ask that you connect via a computer, not a smartphone or tablet.
• Be in a QUIET room, preferably with carpet & drapes to avoid echo
• Be WELL LIT so we can see your face clearly – No sidelight or backlight, please
• Your background should not be a bright light or bright window
• Please use a Gaming Headset Mic. Or, at least quality EARBUDS with a built-in mic, so you don’t sound like you’re across the room, or in your bathroom!  😉
• Be sure to set YOUR video to HD and 16:9 Widescreen, in Zoom Settings
• Use a stationary Desktop or Laptop or Tablet with Webcam (not your phone!)
• Keep your camera at EYE LEVEL and look at your camera while talking with Dave
• If you’ll have product to show, please have it handy & HOLD IT STILL when showing it
• If you have any b-roll video available, PLEASE send it to chris@graveline.com AHEAD of your interview!
• If you’ll need to ‘share your screen’ (to show product/short video/software/etc) please be ready to do so.
• PLEASE Test your Mic and Speaker IN ZOOM, WELL BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW
• IF YOU’RE NOT WEARING PANTS, PLEASE DO NOT STAND UP – lol
• Plan to HAVE FUN and keep SMILING!  We promise you will enjoy the interview with Dave!!!
